TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Good weather conditions are necessary for a safe and enjoyable aviation experience, therefore flights are subject to cancellation at short notice.

2. Due to air traffic volume and / or operational reasons all quoted flight times are approximate.

3. The cost of the flight voucher is non-refundable. They are transferable providing we are notified in writing by email to orders@jag-air.co.uk at least 24 hours before the flight.

4. All flights depart and return to the same landing site where the tour begins.

5. Routes may vary due to weather or air traffic control.

6. Jag-Air reserves the right to change take-off locations at its discretion due to operational factors outwith our control.

7. Flight dates can be found on our website or by telephoning 0800 334 5998.

8. All participants should be agile - i.e. they should be able to get in and out of a family car unassisted. The flight may not be suitable for persons who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, severe head injuries, recurrent fainting, giddiness, blackouts, high blood pressure, heart conditions or back problems. If in any doubt participants should seek the medical advice of their GP prior to booking.

9. We have a maximum weight limit of 18 stone per person. Participants should notify Jag-Air prior to booking if a member of their party is over this weight.

10. The pilot at his/her discretion may refuse any person on board the aircraft if he/she suspects them to have consumed alcohol or drugs within the previous 24 hours.

11. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

12. Cameras and other photographic equipment may be taken on the flight, but at entirely the participants own risk.

13. Prices stated are per person sharing the flight.

14. Tour helicopters hold between 3 and 6 passengers depending on type of helicopter.

15. Vouchers are valid for 9 months. Our operational months are from March to October.

16. The gift voucher holder is responsible for making contact with Jag-Air to book an available pleasure flight.

17. A fuel surcharge may be applicable at the point of booking if the price of aviation fuel is affected by any changes in EU Tax regulations or any other increase exceeding 10% within the UK during the voucher validity

18. Every precaution is taken for the safety of passengers however neither the owner/operator of the aircraft nor Jag-Air can be held liable for the loss, damage or injury which does not result from their negligence.

19. Jag-Air shall not be liable for any expenses incurred from flight cancellations due to operational circumstances.

20. Please note that we take security and privacy issues seriously and have partnered with Paypal to ensure that all credit / debit card details are submitted via our website are securely encypted before transmission over the internet
